We called here to get my brother some help off heroin. We talked to John, he could only talk to my brother (as every other facility), but my brother first told them he needed to detox from kratom, which is legal. He told me he was on heroin, tried to reason with the guy (could only talk to my brother). Ok, I got him to tell them the truth that he was on heroin and would test positive for it. John said they can't do anything for his heroin withdrawals because of the past info he gave him about kratom. Like, he's an addict, he's gonna lie. I had a pretty heated argument with John about how this system is broken. They won, my brother is not in treatment, thanks.
